Very impressive design for a hot tub on all accounts -Tremendous jet power -Considerably high jet count -Efficient heater -Strong water purification system

We committed to getting our first hot tub, the barefoot 88NP, and we love it. We decided on barefoot after we tested out our top 3 brands based on our research. Very rarely is there a day when we do not use it. We love this hot tub! Aside from the hot tub itself, the company barefoot spas has been exceptional. The place where we bought it has been accommodating in every way from customer service, to delivery, to follow up. We also had a positive experience when we called in to the main corporate line which I guess is at the barefoot spas factory. We have nothing to complain about, and we’ve already recommended barefoot spas to a few friends and some family!

We enjoy our barefoot spa often, usually once, but sometimes twice a day. The pandemic prompted us to move forward with our purchase becuase the jacuzzi we use at the gym has been removed from member access. It’s just been too long without that sort of relaxation and stress relief in our lives that we crave and miss. We went ahead and ordered a barefoot. After waiting about 8 weeks as expected, our spa was delivered, and hooked up shortly after. Let me just tell you this, It was well worth the wait! Our hot tub is incredible! We had a problem that was really quite trivial with our spa cover. It was resolved in a timely manner by the manufacturer thanks to some quality customer service and follow up with us after purchase. That is actually what prompted me to write this barefoot spas review. We did not intend to fix the issue with the cover, but they called and asked, I told them what was going on, and they insisted on helping to make it right. I have been very happy with the spa, and with the barefoot spas manufacturer customer service.

I like the hot tub has the bigger jets and the lights on it. The filtra filter is easy to change out and so are the jets and move them around. When I bought it, the salesman explained all sorts of stuff to me and I liked everything. A lot of that was different from what I saw in other ones. I was looking for very specific things, and the guy knew about all that, and it made it a whole lot easier.
