For a spa or swim spa order, there are 3 types of delivery, depending on your site and needs. Drop-Ship, Placement, and Non-Standard Placement.
Drop-ship: The spa will be delivered to the front of your residence and you coordinate the placement to its final destination on your property. This is also known as a "curbside" delivery.
Upgraded Placement: Barefoot Spas will coordinate the placement of the spa where you want it at your residence for an additional charge. Eligibility to be determined based on proper access and geographic location.
Non-Standard Placement: Barefoot Spas will coordinate the placement of the spa, but your circumstances require special accommodations such as a forklift or crane service.
All orders (including orders for parts and accessories) may be shipped using a common shipping carrier if appropriate for the item, tracking information will be provided at the time of shipment.

Swim spa set up
The swim spa we purchased is a barefoot spas SS12 spa, 12 feet long from end to end and seating arrangements for 4 people. We had it installed in our sunroom. We love our set up! One thing I wish we had was a little more room around the sides to walk around it. Other than that, it is installed in doors “sort of”, and not having to deal with the elements outside is a huge plus for us. Climate controlled, shaded, and plenty of bugs outside, but none in there!
Can't Complain
I’m writing this review about barefoot spas with relief that we were not let down. We read good reviews, and decided to go with this swim spa. My very expensive old swim spa (I won’t name the brand) decided to give us trouble shortly after buying it brand new, and it never stopped fussing. In contrast, the barefoot spa swim spa brand is well built as far as I can tell, and seems quite durable. The materials used, and they craftsmanship all seem to be up to quality standards. The entire unit is backed with an extensive warranty as well, and I can see why now. I don’t forsee us having any issues any time soon with this swim spa.
Best purchase we made in a long time
We found barefoot spas at a traveling hot tub show just down the street from our house. We had been in the market for a swim spa for quite some time, and after going in to look, we found exactly what it was we were looking for in the barefoot spas SS12. We use this spa every day. This is way more than expected. The ease of use, and low maintenance is incredible. We owned a pool at our last home and this is far from it. The combination of hot tub massager seats, and swim spa lane really is nice. My wife is out there almost every day, and I’m almost as much. I recommend barefoot spas swim spas. We saved a lot of money and got exactly what we wanted, and got it fast. They delivered the swim spa for free within a week to my backyard.
Very happy with our barefoot swim spa
I bought my swim spa last August, and we’ve gotten a lot of use out of it. The barefoot spas SS12 swim spa is the name of it. At first, it was just me using it, and my husband sometimes. Then, my mother started using it, and now my kids use it when they’re home from college! This swim spa has been a wonderful addition to our home in so many ways. We love how the hot tub seats feel on the lower back and upper shoulders. We love the space the spa provides. And of course, the swimming is out of this world fun! I’ve gotten quite good at the swimming. I will say it took some getting used to. When I was a member at the Y, I swam every morning. It took a while to get used to the swim spa as a routine type of workout from home. My husband installed some exterior lighting for me becuase I like to go out there early early morning before the sun comes up for a swim usually around 5am. Didn’t like it so much when I couldn’t see what I was doing. Plus the woods and trees were kinda creepy. Kept thinking about little critters staring at me LOL. Anyway, I thought it would be nice if they had some kind of flood light or exterior lighting that came with it. The swim spa has the LED lights. They are really nice inside the spa, but they don’t help much in terms of seeing where the heck I’m going and not bumping in to things on my patio at 5am!
