Wrong product
I was messaged by the company to confirm this item. I stated it was not what I wanted and would like them to send the other filter. They did not respond. I realized my mistake however even though they texted me they failed to correct it. Later I asked via the website for information on how to return and still received no response. I then had to order the correct filter from the company. I am disappointed in the response from barefoot spas. I still have the hole through filter as I have received no guidance on how to return the item.
