Receiving product

I placed an order 3/26 for shock and I still have not received it on 4/8. I sent them an email and they said it will ship out tomorrow 4/9, which I already had an email that it shipped on 3/28. Now they took my money out of my account on 3/26, so why is it I don’t have it …..smh, won’t do business with them again!!
