Horrible customer service

I have placed 2 separate orders , for both I was sent a confirmation and delivery email but have not received either of my orders!! I’ve called, left messages and emailed customer service…with absolutely no response

Last time i heard about this order they said the chemicals were out of stock, still haven’t received anything

no follow up

had an open container in the box that was delivered. I emailed with pictures and asked for a replacement and never received a response.
