Overpriced

The product works great, it is just severely overpriced for 1 pound of chlorine. We use the same chemical in our pool and just refill the small bottle with it.

Unsatisfied

I ordered it with a new filter. I never received the shock. I ordered it with a new filter. I have left messages and never got a reply. I am very satisfied with the spa and filter

We love our spa

We are disciplined about checking our tub and making the needed adjustments. We had a little longer wait this time. But it was our fault for waiting until we needed the chemicals before we ordered what we needed.
