For a spa or swim spa order, there are 3 types of delivery, depending on your site and needs. Drop-Ship, Placement, and Non-Standard Placement.
Drop-ship: The spa will be delivered to the front of your residence and you coordinate the placement to its final destination on your property. This is also known as a "curbside" delivery.
Upgraded Placement: Barefoot Spas will coordinate the placement of the spa where you want it at your residence for an additional charge. Eligibility to be determined based on proper access and geographic location.
Non-Standard Placement: Barefoot Spas will coordinate the placement of the spa, but your circumstances require special accommodations such as a forklift or crane service.
All orders (including orders for parts and accessories) may be shipped using a common shipping carrier if appropriate for the item, tracking information will be provided at the time of shipment.

GREAT AT THIS POINT
My beloved and I purchased a 15’ swim therapy spa at a blow-out sale. The sales person Trent was very kind and very informative as was the sales manager. I understand that sales people supposed to come over that way. In many reviews I see complaints about pressure sales, no customer support, or follow-up. When we purchased the pool they said they could deliver three days later. We had a deck build for the pool and waited on a call from Barefoot with delivery instructions. They delivered the spa pool when said and were careful in placing it. The following days or two we had electricity hooked up and all worked great. After filling the pool and turning on the heat we had 104 degree water two mornings later. All the jets work and I am now doing Hydro Therapy as prescribed by my doctors. The change in how I feel and move has been great. Swimming, walking, and elliptical exercise is worth the investment as I was not able to walk to the corner and back. I have a long way to go and at this point I am totally convinced I will regain my muscle strength and reduce my arthritis pain as well as increase my range of motion. After two shoulder surgeries, two new knees, and three new hips my body needed this. At this point in the process all is good.
Barefoot Swim Spa Warranty
While at the time of purchase, we hoped to not have to take advantage of the barefoot swim spa warranty, the benefits of this extensive warranty were a big selling point for us. We’ve been unfortunate enough to own products that have broken down or had issues, and the company or manufacturer was reluctant to do the warranty work. With our barefoot spas SS15 swim spa, shortly after we got it filled and connected, we discovered we were owners of a defective pump motor. After jumping through a few hoops; sending a picture of the panel connection, picture of the pump motor, and filling out a service form, Barefoot spas had someone out to replace the defective component within 4 days. I read about some people have had to pay out of pocket with barefoot spas warranty? I don’t know if it depends on the situation, but there was no cost to us to get this repair work done. The process, while it was a little tedious, was really pretty seamless. Barefoot shipped the new part to me, and they scheduled the tech to come out and do the work. It only took the tech about 30 minutes to complete the repair, and we were back up and running that same day. Thank you Ian with Barefoot Spas for you hard work in facilitating this. You deserve a raise.
Swim spa lap pool
Always wanted a swim spa lap pool, and now we have it, we love it! It gets a lot of use, and worth the investment. I don’t know how the cover lifter works because we still did not hook that up, but everything else is really easy, and the whole family enjoys it almost daily.

Love it, love it, love it!!! We are so happy with our swim spa! It’s even better than we thought it would be. We love the comfort and not only the swimming, but the jets too! I cant wait to get better at swimming. The swim spa will definitely help with that, and that is my goal! I’ve already gotten used to it, and I can now do a breast stroke which I was never able to master not even when I was younger. I have a funny picture of my husband trying to do it. I will upload it. Get ready to laugh
