For a spa or swim-spa order, there are 3 types of delivery, depending on your site and needs. Drop-Ship, Placement, and Non-Standard Placement.
Drop-ship: The spa will be delivered to the front of your residence and you coordinate the placement to its final destination on your property. This is also known as a "curbside" delivery.
Upgraded Placement: Barefoot Spas will coordinate the placement of the spa where you want it at your residence for an additional charge. Eligibility to be determined based on proper access and geographic location.
Non-Standard Placement: Barefoot Spas will coordinate the placement of the spa, but your circumstances require special accommodations such as a forklift or crane service.
All orders (including orders for parts and accessories) may be shipped using a common shipping carrier if appropriate for the item, tracking information will be provided at the time of shipment.

Best investment ever
We love our hot tub and use it all the time. Since the weather has been warmer we simply made the hot tub temperature lower and enjoy it just as much. We had a great experience with our sales person, delivery, and the product itself.
Should Have Gone Bigger
We love our spa, just wish we'd gone for a bigger size. Thought we'd be able to fit 6 people. Should have specified we wanted to fit 6 adults. It's a little tight for our family because all of our kids are almost full grown. Next time, we'll pick a larger size. Otherwise, it's a great hot tub at a great price.
Good spa. A little lacking in features.
Good spa. A little lacking in features compared to other ones we looked at, but we knew that going in as this is a entry level type hot tub. Still, for the price we paid, we are very happy with the performance. I added headrests on two seats. Got them on Amazon for cheap. They hang over the side, then in to the spa where your head goes to make it softer like a pillow when you lean back. The whole family loves the spa. I mean, why not right? A free hot tub to enjoy any time they want! Even my teenagers seem to be hanging around the house more often, and NOT on their phones!! Imagine that! It’s a miracle I tell you!!!!
Totally Worth It
We bought our barefoot spa online. We got a really great deal on our 77LB. We love the spa. Purchasing online was a pretty easy process. The customer service team at Barefoot keeps you aware from beginning to end and delivery was free. We use the spa almost every day. Its been extremely worth it!!
