For a spa or swim-spa order, there are 3 types of delivery, depending on your site and needs. Drop-Ship, Placement, and Non-Standard Placement.
Drop-ship: The spa will be delivered to the front of your residence and you coordinate the placement to its final destination on your property. This is also known as a "curbside" delivery.
Upgraded Placement: Barefoot Spas will coordinate the placement of the spa where you want it at your residence for an additional charge. Eligibility to be determined based on proper access and geographic location.
Non-Standard Placement: Barefoot Spas will coordinate the placement of the spa, but your circumstances require special accommodations such as a forklift or crane service.
All orders (including orders for parts and accessories) may be shipped using a common shipping carrier if appropriate for the item, tracking information will be provided at the time of shipment.

deep disappointment with the recent installation and subsequent performance of the exterior cabinet after not being provided with any guidance on suitable installation locations. within just two weeks of installation, and even before the onset of summer weather, the exterior cabinet siding melted and warped significantly. this has compromised the insulation, as the cabinet is no longer flush, allowing air to flow underneath and creating spaces where animals can nest. instead of a centerpiece, the appearance of the hot tub is now severely detracting from the aesthetic of recently designed backyard, turning it into an eyesore. despite spending a considerable amount of money on this product, it is lacking in quality and durability. it took over six months of follow-up before the warranty claim was denied by the company, indicating the level of commitment to customer satisfaction. additionally, “low” chlorine levels indicated by the test strips are effectively zero, relying on assurances that ozone is sanitizing the water safely if you can trust other claims. electrical usage is much higher than sales reps promised at the expo (monthly bill doubled at the property)

Awesome Spa
I have owned this spa for 2yrs now and its the best spa I've ever been owned or been in, the LED lights have so many colors and options that make for great atmosphere, the no chemicals OZO filtration makes it as user friendly as it gets. I had an electrical issue "non Spa related" BUT the engineering in the electrical save my but! the fuses just prior to mother board protected my spa like it was designed. Best choice
Very good. Works great and jets are very powerful. Got 7 person comfortably. Enjoying this tub it was by far the best choice compared with the others that I looked at.
Tub
The seats in the hot tub are very comfortable. Several different kinds of seats including a chase lounge seat with jets for legs and back. The lights change colors at night. The maintenance has been easy, and the lid is well made.
