For a spa or swim-spa order, there are 3 types of delivery, depending on your site and needs. Drop-Ship, Placement, and Non-Standard Placement.
Drop-ship: The spa will be delivered to the front of your residence and you coordinate the placement to its final destination on your property. This is also known as a "curbside" delivery.
Upgraded Placement: Barefoot Spas will coordinate the placement of the spa where you want it at your residence for an additional charge. Eligibility to be determined based on proper access and geographic location.
Non-Standard Placement: Barefoot Spas will coordinate the placement of the spa, but your circumstances require special accommodations such as a forklift or crane service.
All orders (including orders for parts and accessories) may be shipped using a common shipping carrier if appropriate for the item, tracking information will be provided at the time of shipment.

Hot Tub Great Warranty Is Very Misleading
The 88NP is a great hot tub and fits perfect on our deck. The pumps provide great volume and force. I would have given this a better rating but the warranty is very misleading. After 3 years of no issues the circulating pump started malfunctioning. There was small plastic pieces in the bottom of the tub and the circulation pump was surging on and off. The ozone generator also stopped working at the same time. Called customer service and Breeana was excellent in trying to help and after getting another rep did I find out that the warranty only covers what Barefoot manufactures (that is a key word). So the pump, ozone generator and whatever part is on that tub not made by Barefoot is not under warranty! Be prepared to pay out of pocket for basically any repair on your hot tub. Over all was happy with the design of the tub, but hard to recommend when the warranty covers nothing.

Our First Hot Tub
We committed to getting our first hot tub, the barefoot 88NP, and we love it. We decided on barefoot after we tested out our top 3 brands based on our research. Very rarely is there a day when we do not use it. We love this hot tub! Aside from the hot tub itself, the company barefoot spas has been exceptional. The place where we bought it has been accommodating in every way from customer service, to delivery, to follow up. We also had a positive experience when we called in to the main corporate line which I guess is at the barefoot spas factory. We have nothing to complain about, and we’ve already recommended barefoot spas to a few friends and some family!
