Horrible customer service
I have placed 2 separate orders , for both I was sent a confirmation and delivery email but have not received either of my orders!! I’ve called, left messages and emailed customer service…with absolutely no response

had an open container in the box that was delivered. I emailed with pictures and asked for a replacement and never received a response.
