Our medium-sized, replacement flat spa neck pillow/headrest is designed specifically for Barefoot Spas. It is crafted of polyurethane and uses two retaining pins for easier mounting. The pillow comes in graphite gray and measures 9.75" x 5.25".

2 pin Neck Rest Pillow
My order arrived in a timely manner but i have been very unsatisfied with the quality of the product. I ordered a new neck pillow because my original one started to absorb water. We purchased the tub new and the original neck pillow started absorbing water less then 4 months after we made the purchase. When the new pillow arrived I immediately installed it and it also started absorbing water shortly there after. We have been satisfied with the tub itself but the pillows need a lot of work...

Stinky pillows
Why do these head rest turn a nasty greenish color and start smelling like mold? My original pillows are only around 5 years old, and they are growing mold on them. I had to take them out because they were making my spa smell like mold. Are these pillows supposed to be removed and only put back in while using them? No one ever told us they shouldn't stay in the spa while not in use. I'm not understanding why this happened. These pillows are required for the spa and are not cheap. I just think they should last longer or the price should be cheaper.
