Product is fine - service is terrible at Barefoot
Weeks and weeks for it to ship, I finally reach out to ask where my products are and low and behold it shows up like 2 days later. No response to my email. Same thing happened when I ordered my tub in the first place. They ignore you until you start asking questions and get fired up. Not sure what is going on with this company - but if it folded tomorrow I wouldn't be the least bit suprised. I'm going to start looking for alternative supplier for my chemicals because I can't order something and then wait 2 months to receive it!
