For a spa or swim-spa order, there are 3 types of delivery, depending on your site and needs. Drop-Ship, Placement, and Non-Standard Placement.
Drop-ship: The spa will be delivered to the front of your residence and you coordinate the placement to its final destination on your property. This is also known as a "curbside" delivery.
Upgraded Placement: Barefoot Spas will coordinate the placement of the spa where you want it at your residence for an additional charge. Eligibility to be determined based on proper access and geographic location.
Non-Standard Placement: Barefoot Spas will coordinate the placement of the spa, but your circumstances require special accommodations such as a forklift or crane service.
All orders (including orders for parts and accessories) may be shipped using a common shipping carrier if appropriate for the item, tracking information will be provided at the time of shipment.

Delivery of product is great. A lot of hiccups that I needed to call on and now we are still having issues with keeping the water as clear as it was when we first filled the tub. I check the water every other day with test strips and it never shows that anything is out of line. Add shock every other week like it states and still yucky water. Clean the filter multiple times and still does not clear. I am ready to sell the problem. Never should have bought it!

Adam was our salesman and he was a pleasure to work with. He was very informative and answered all of our questions. Financing was quick and easy. We were told that a delivery person would be in contact and we should expect delivery that week. Well, Jacob, the delivery guy called 1 hour later and we set up a delivery for the next morning. Wow!!! The spa showed up as promised and we couldn't be happier. Thanx so much.

It was a good experience throughout. A lot of folks laughed at me because of the way Barefoot sells their tubs. The "weekend blowout sale". But the salesperson I dealt with was very decent and informative. Delivery took right at 7 weeks after the purchase. The delivery guy showed up on time and was in contact with me the whole trip. Delivered to it's place and gave me some helpful hints. Went through the do's and don'ts. Once the power was hooked up, everything has been great. Have had the tub now a couple months and use it daily and sometimes twice a day. Very happy with our purchase.
